These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of gudthings.co and any purchase you make from Bubi Books LLC, doing business as gud things ("gud things," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Our products

gud things sells printed phone cases. Every item is printed to order by our production partner in the United States after you place your order.

Product photos are renderings or photos meant to show the design. Printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen, and the print may sit slightly differently on each device model. Product names such as iPhone, Galaxy, Pixel, Kindle, Apple Watch and AirPods are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe which device a product fits. gud things is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Samsung, Google or Amazon.

2. Choosing the right model

You are responsible for choosing the correct device model at checkout. If you choose the wrong model, our Returns & Replacements policy explains the one free reprint we offer.

3. Orders and pricing

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a product we can no longer produce. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Sales tax, where it applies, and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
• We try to describe products and prices accurately. If we find an error, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the choice to continue or cancel.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card number. By placing an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method.

5. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes have no cash value, can't be combined unless stated, and may be limited to one use per customer. Welcome codes are for new customers. We may end or change a promotion at any time, and we may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.

6. Shipping, returns and replacements

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations by our Returns & Replacements policy. Both are part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

7. Accounts and emails

If you create an account, keep your login details private; you're responsible for activity on your account. If you sign up for our emails, we'll send you news and offers until you unsubscribe, which you can do anytime with the link in any email.

8. Intellectual property

The gud things name, logo, website, designs and content belong to Bubi Books LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs or content without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to its design.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no fraud, no interfering with the site or its security, no scraping or automated ordering, and no using the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.

10. Product use and warranty

Our cases are designed to help protect your device from everyday scratches and bumps. They are not a guarantee against damage, and we are not responsible for damage to your device. Our Returns & Replacements policy describes the remedies we offer for defective items.

Except as stated in that policy and to the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is," without other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bubi Books LLC and its partners won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including damage to any device, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover Bubi Books LLC for any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify and uses other providers for payments, printing and shipping. Their services are subject to their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please email us first; most problems can be solved quickly. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived under the law of the state where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our policies, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and your purchases.
