Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.

How long it takes

Every item is printed to order in Herkimer, New York.

• Production: most orders are printed and ship within 1 business day. Busy periods, such as holidays and new phone launches, can add 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery: standard shipping by USPS Ground Advantage usually arrives 2 to 5 business days after it ships. Faster options, if offered, are shown at checkout.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs and any free-shipping offers are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime from your account.

Multiple items

Items in one order are usually shipped together. Sometimes they're printed separately and arrive in more than one package; you'll get tracking for each.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it after you confirm the address; additional shipping may be charged.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, see our Returns & Replacements policy. We'll make it right.
